The 2024 VSCA Educational Conference will be held October 8th-11th, 2024, at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg,
VA. We will start with our annual golf tournament on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM and end with our banquet on
Thursday evening. The full agenda and sponsorship opportunities will be posted on the VCSA website.

To make a reservation by phone, please call (757) 253-1703 or (800) 832-5665 by Monday, September 16, 2024, and identify yourself as an affiliate with the Virginia State Claims Association. A credit card will be required and charged at the time of booking for the first night’s room and tax. Guests desiring to stay before and after the standard three (3) night conference dates, must phone those reservations in. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time of reservation. Refunds will not be given to attendees for early check-outs.

Make sure to tell them you are with the VSCA Convention. ADD: As of 9/17/2024 we have been advised that rooms and the rate are still available at this time.

CANCELLATION

Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to midnight on the seventh (7^th) day prior to arrival. Cancellations after that time will be charged for the full stay, plus taxes.
